London BlockchainSolicitors

About the firm

A firm built around one kind of client

Most of our clients never expected to need a fraud lawyer. Everything about how we work — from the first assessment to how we report progress — is designed for people recovering from being deceived.

Our history

Why the firm exists

Fraud recovery is all we do. That focus means we know the escalation routes inside Action Fraud and the NCA, the procedure for urgent freezing relief, and which exchanges and banks cooperate — and which need a court order. It also means we say no to cases we cannot help, plainly and early, rather than selling hope by the hour.

  1. 2019

The firm is founded by a group of City fraud litigators who kept meeting the same gap: victims of investment fraud who could not get large-firm attention, straight answers, or both.

  2. 2021

The team secures its first cryptocurrency freezing and disclosure orders in the English courts, working with blockchain forensics specialists to trace stolen funds to exchanges.

  3. 2023

First large group action for investors in a collapsed 'fixed return' scheme, alongside a growing network of correspondent lawyers in the offshore jurisdictions where fraud proceeds tend to land.

  4. 2024

Launch of the secure client portal, giving every client sight of their case status, updates from their solicitor, documents and key dates.

  5. Today

The firm acts for individuals and victim groups across the UK and abroad — from five-figure bank transfer fraud claims to multi-million pound scheme collapses.

What guides us

Three values, held without compromise

Candour

Fraud victims are too often sold false hope. We give you our honest assessment of recovery prospects from day one — including when pursuing the loss would only add to it.

Dignity

Anyone can be defrauded — engineers, doctors, lawyers, regulators. Every client is treated with respect and complete discretion, never judgement.

Persistence

Recoveries are won by refusing to let go: chasing disclosure through three jurisdictions, or writing to an investigator for the eleventh time. We stay on it.
